International ALA Workshop

Description

The International ALA Workshop will be held in Madrid (Spain) the 3-5 October 2016. This workshop brings together software developers from GBIF Nodes of Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Mexico, Portugal, Spain and Sweden to enhance the development of national data portals based on the Atlas of Living Australia (ALA) a national project focused on making biodiversity information accessible and usable.
The Australian, French and Spanish Nodes will assist the other Nodes based on their previous experience.
The host for this course will be GBIF Spain (GBIF.ES) and the venue will be the Royal Botanical Garden (CSIC).
